EVENT POSTPONED
Due to the haze, Halloween Night has been postponed to 2027.
All 2026 tickets roll over to the rescheduled event at no extra cost. The new date will be announced as soon as it is confirmed, and registration for the games area will open here then.
Thank you for your understanding — stay safe and see you soon.
ABOUT THE POSTPONEMENT
Answers to what ticket holders are asking right now.
Which date in 2027 are you planning to postpone to?
We are currently exploring possible next steps and alternative arrangements. Updates will be shared as soon as they are confirmed.
If I wish to refund my tickets, can I?
To minimise the impact on both participants and organisers, we are rolling all 2026 tickets over to the rescheduled 2027 event at no additional cost. We sincerely hope ticket holders will join us next year, allowing us to deliver the intended experience. That said, we understand that individual circumstances may vary — please let us know and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis to see if a mutually suitable solution can be found.
Why not hold it in the CC instead?
We have carefully considered the available options. However, due to logistical and venue constraints, moving the event indoors is not feasible.
What if I lose my wristband and ticket?
We will re-issue wristbands and tickets to all ticket holders for Halloween 2027, as we retain the records of all purchasers.

GOT QUESTIONS?
A little help before the haunting.
Who is this for?
This virtual queue is for Halloween Night ticket holders who want to enter the games area. You can register for yourself or a group of up to 6 people. Everyone in the group must have an event ticket.
Do I need a ticket?
Yes. Everyone in your group needs a Halloween Night ticket. Joining the games queue does not replace your event ticket. Show your ticket and group QR at the door.
Should everyone register separately?
No — register once for your whole group of 1–6 people, using one WhatsApp number. Your group shares one QR and should enter together.
What if my party has more than 6 people?
Each booking covers up to 6 people, so a larger party needs to split into groups of 6 or fewer and register each group separately, using a different WhatsApp number for each. Each group gets its own QR and may be given different sessions depending on availability. If more than 6 people turn up on one QR, only 6 can be admitted on it — the rest will join the walk-in queue, which depends on space inside and is not guaranteed.
Do I have to wait at the entrance?
You can enjoy the event while you wait. We’ll WhatsApp you when it’s your turn. Keep your personal queue page handy to check your status and show your QR.
When should I arrive?
Arrive during the session window shown on your queue page. Entry is subject to space inside, so you may still need to wait at the door. If you miss your session or your invite expires, speak to the entrance crew.
What happens if I miss my timeslot or arrive late?
Please speak to the entrance crew and show your booking QR if you have it. They’ll advise you on entry or rejoining the queue based on availability. Entry at a later time is not guaranteed, so please aim to arrive within your booked session window.
What if all the virtual timeslots are fully booked?
Check the booking page again later, as cancellations may free up spaces. You can also speak to the entrance crew about walk-in availability. Walk-in entry depends on space inside and is not guaranteed.
How long can we play?
Your group has 40 minutes after check-in. The session you choose is your arrival window. Please make your way to the exit when your time is up so the next group can enjoy the games.
What if I don’t receive a WhatsApp?
Check the personal queue page you received after registering — your status updates there too. If you cannot find your QR or need help with your registration, speak to the entrance crew.
What if I do not have a smartphone or data connection on the day of the event?
No smartphone or data? You can use the walk-in entry option — bring your event ticket to the entrance crew. Walk-in entry is subject to available space, so you may need to wait. Alternatively, someone in your group with a smartphone can register the whole group and show the shared QR. If you’ve already booked, save a screenshot or print your QR and note your session time before the event. Let the crew know you already have a booking; live updates and WhatsApp messages need an internet connection.
Can I change or modify my timeslot after booking?
Before checking in, you can register again for an available timeslot using the same WhatsApp number. When prompted, choose “REMOVE IT & RE-REGISTER” to replace your group’s existing booking. Your old spot is released before the new booking is completed, so you could lose it if the new session fills up or the booking fails. Only one active booking is allowed per number. Once you’ve checked in, you cannot book another session.
Can we cancel our spot?
Yes. Before checking in, open your personal queue page and tap “give up our spot”. This cancels the whole group’s registration and releases the places for others. To rejoin, you’ll need to register again, subject to availability.
Can we play more than once?
It’s one session per group for the night. If your number is marked as already played and you think there’s a mistake, speak to the entrance crew.
